To be honest, this is one of my favorite jobs! I love people, and I love sharing my knowledge, my passion.

If you have been checking my website, you already know my story and how nutrition was a huge part of my recovery. (If you haven't, and you would like to read my journey, you can check it out here).

My talks always start with my story, it is part of who I am and the reason I became a Nutritionist. I share what a huge impact food had on my body and how it was my "medicine", together with the nourishment I gave to my soul and to my mind. When I started changing my life from within, I started my healing. I slowly achieved a medication free life, reversed the side effects of a chronic condition (there were times I couldn't even clean myself after going to the bathroom or tie my hair) and how I even got pregnant when doctors gave me zero chance!

Depending on what you are looking for, the talk can motivational or it can be centered on food. We can create a costumed talk depending on your needs. Some example of talks I offer are:

1. All you need to know about Nutrition. How does our body work? How does our food choices affect us? The basics, the facts and the myths. In this talk you will learn what all the weird words you always hear mean, like Antioxidants and Trace Minerals. I will also teach you useful information like how to read your body and understand Vitamins and Minerals deficiencies, how to take supplements so they are better absorbed, and also I will give you tips on how to understand food labels, how to buy and store certain foods, how to cook your food to keep the most nutrients and when are the best times to eat.

2. The Gut-Brain connection - How to eat to feel better, boost your brain, think sharper, Improve performance, memory and mood. This is also the talk I give to companies' employees when doing my Corporate Wellness Program. You can check the details of the Program here.

3. What should I feed my kids? - Understanding how food works and how sugar affects our behavior and mood helps parents create a healthier eating environment for not only children, but all the family! What are good substitutes? How to start? How to incorporate healthy foods in a processed food world?

Price depends on the place and quantity of people, please contact me for further details.

Lectures

To be honest, this is one of my favorite parts of my work - I love people, and I love sharing my knowledge and passion.

If you’ve explored my website, you already know my story and how nutrition played a major role in my recovery.

I always begin my talks by sharing my journey - because it’s the reason I became a nutritionist. I talk about how food became my “medicine,” not just by nourishing my body, but by supporting my mind and soul. When I began making changes from within, real healing started to happen. Over time, I achieved a medication-free life, reversed the side effects of a chronic condition (at one point I couldn’t even tie my hair or take care of basic daily tasks), and even got pregnant when doctors said it would be impossible.

Depending on what you’re looking for, the talk can be primarily motivational, focused on nutrition, or a blend of both. We can tailor the content to suit your audience.
