Quinoa Flat Bread









In terms of nutrition this is just like eating a bowl of quinoa! And it's also perfect as a pizza crust!

3/4 cup uncooked quinoa

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

Soak the quinoa overnight. Next morning put on a colander and rinse well. Wait 10 minutes so all water comes down. Then put it in a food processor/blender with the water, baking powder and Himalayan salt. Set the oven for 220 Celsius and bake for 15 minutes, then flip, add toppings of your choice (I added yellow and red cherry tomatoes, fresh oregano and dry garlic) and bake for another 12 minutes. Add olive oil and serve.
