Salads and Side Dishes

Vegan creamed spinach 









1 big onion

4 garlic cloves

1/4 cup coconut milk (or any Plant based Milk)

1 tsp gluten free mustard (optional)

200 grams spinach

Himalayan or sea salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the onions and the garlic, then add the plant based milk, the mustard and the Himalayan salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for one minute and then add the spinach, Wait about 3-4 minutes for the spinach to steam while mixing it once in a while. Process for some seconds till the desired consistency.
