Muffins
Apple Zucchini Muffins
In one bowl mix:
1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1.5 tsp Aluminium-Free Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda and a pinch of Himalayan Salt
In another bowl mix:
1 cup shredded Zucchini
1/4 cup shredded green Apple
1 mashed very ripe banana
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
Mix ingredients of both bowls and separate in 10-12 portions. You can sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top. Then bake for 25 minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius.
