“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hippocrates

Supermarket Experience

Marketing of the food industry makes people believe certain foods are healthy, when in fact they are not. Not everything that says organic, natural or sugar-free is healthy! I can guide you on how to choose the right foods, how to read and understand labels and how to plan your grocery shopping.

In this Supermarket tour you will learn so much theory and practical tips on how to buy and use the right foods. What are the nutritional differences between fresh, frozen and canned foods? Which is the best bread to buy? What does whole wheat mean? Which fats are the healthiest to buy and how should they be used in the kitchen? What are the differences between the lettuces and green leaves? Are only a few questions that are answered in this one hour tour. Of course, all your questions will be answered as well!
